As Director of Frontline Security Services Ltd, Muhammad Adeel Akhtar holds ultimate accountability for the strategic direction, governance, financial integrity, and regulatory compliance of the centre. He sets the organisation's vision, defines its quality standards, and ensures that every function — from training delivery to administration — operates in full alignment with SIA requirements, awarding body conditions of recognition, and UK regulatory frameworks.

He provides leadership to the senior management team, approves centre policies and procedures, authorises resourcing and infrastructure decisions, and chairs the centre's governance reviews. His oversight covers safeguarding, data protection (GDPR), health and safety, equality and diversity, malpractice and maladministration controls, and the centre's overall risk management posture.

Working closely with the Head of Centre, IQA, and Administration, the Director ensures the centre maintains a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and learner-first delivery — guaranteeing that all stakeholders, including awarding organisations, regulators, employers, and learners, can place full trust in the quality and integrity of the training provided.

As Internal Quality Assurer (IQA), Muhammad Usman is responsible for overseeing the quality, consistency, and compliance of assessment practices across the centre. With extensive experience spanning education, training, security operations, and educational management, he brings a comprehensive understanding of both vocational competence and awarding body requirements.

Holding the OTHM Level 4 Certificate in Leading the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Processes and Practice, alongside assessor, teaching, Physical Intervention, and Conflict Management qualifications, he provides effective support, monitoring, and guidance to trainers and assessors to ensure assessment decisions are fair, valid, reliable, and fully compliant.

His substantial frontline security experience, combined with a proven background in educational leadership and regulatory compliance, enables him to uphold rigorous quality assurance standards while promoting continuous improvement and learner success.

Through his dedication to standardisation, compliance, and excellence in training delivery, Muhammad plays a vital role in ensuring the centre consistently meets the expectations of awarding bodies, regulators, employers, and learners.

As Trainer and Assessor, Aravind Pullela brings a wealth of experience in security training delivery, centre management, and learner support. Holding a Master's degree in International Business Management from Anglia Ruskin University, alongside the BIIAB Level 3 Award in Education and Training and Pearson BTEC Level 3 qualifications in the Delivery of Conflict Management and Physical Intervention Skills, he is fully equipped to deliver high-quality, compliant training across the full range of SIA-related programmes.

Aravind is qualified in Door Supervision and CCTV Operations and has hands-on experience delivering SIA courses including Door Supervision, CCTV Operations, First Aid, and Refresher training, combining classroom theory with practical, scenario-based sessions. In his previous role as Centre Manager and Lead Tutor, he oversaw daily centre operations, supported tutors and learners, and ensured full compliance with SIA and awarding body standards — earning consistently strong learner feedback and positive evaluations during audits and external verifications.

With additional experience as a Career Advisor and Student Finance Officer, he brings a learner-centred approach grounded in mentoring, safeguarding awareness, and clear communication. Having supported nearly 2,000 learners throughout his career, Aravind contributes strong vocational competence, instructional skill, and a commitment to professionalism — helping the centre deliver training that meets the expectations of employers, regulators, and awarding organisations.

As Centre Administrator and Examination Invigilator, Sana Yousaf plays a vital role in supporting the effective management, compliance, and operational delivery of the centre. With extensive experience in administration, education, and organisational leadership, she is responsible for maintaining accurate learner records, coordinating enrolment processes, supporting quality assurance activities, and ensuring administrative systems operate efficiently and in accordance with awarding body requirements.

Her background as both a teacher and school leader has provided her with a strong understanding of educational standards, learner support, safeguarding responsibilities, and regulatory compliance.

Highly organised and detail-oriented, Sana works closely with learners, trainers, assessors, and management teams to ensure a professional, responsive, and well-managed learning environment.

Her commitment to accuracy, confidentiality, and continuous improvement contributes significantly to the centre's ability to deliver high-quality training and maintain the standards expected by awarding organisations, regulators, and learners.
